Will I receive fresh seafood?

Absolutely! At Seafood Spot, we prioritize freshness, purity, health, and vitality. Operating directly from Karachi Fish Harbor with our own boats, we exclusively deal in fresh, wild-caught seafood. While our commitment to freshness may sometimes lead to delays in order fulfillment, we never sell old or frozen seafood. We don’t have cold storage  facilities, ensuring we only process and deliver fresh catches. Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality, pure, and freshest seafood available.

Where can I find your shop?

No, we do not have retail outlets. Being located at the main Karachi Fish Harbor, we source, process, and deliver all our orders directly from there. We avoid operating shops or retail outlets, as storing seafood for days on display can compromise its freshness.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges vary by city. Here’s our current delivery fee schedule:

Karachi: Rs. 300
Karachi Far Area’s (Like Gulshan-e-Maymar, Saadi Town etc): 500
Cities with Railway Station Delivery: Rs. 1200


These charges guarantee that your seafood arrives fresh and properly packaged at your doorstep.

Will I get seafood that is pre-cleaned and cut?

Yes, we provide customized cleaning services according to your preferences. You can specify your desired cuts and cleaning options when placing your order.

Do you have a return/refund policy?

Due to the perishable nature of seafood, we maintain strict quality controls throughout the sourcing, cutting, packing, and delivery processes to ensure the highest quality at every step. Customers must verify the freshness and quality of their order upon delivery. If you notice any issues, please return the product immediately during delivery. Once the order is accepted and the customer is satisfied, Niwan Seafood cannot be held responsible for any quality concerns that arise later, as improper handling after receipt can compromise the product’s quality. Please be aware that no returns will be accepted after the order has been received and accepted by the customer.

What type of packaging is used for the seafood?

All seafood is thoughtfully packed in zipper bags according to your specified cutting preferences and kept in insulated, temperature-controlled packaging to preserve freshness during delivery.

 

For deliveries outside Karachi to railway stations in other cities, we utilize insulated thermopore boxes with ample ice and airtight wrapping to ensure optimal freshness.

We implement rigorous hygiene protocols throughout every step, from sourcing to cutting, packing, and delivery. Our facilities and equipment are consistently sanitized to ensure the highest quality and safety standards.
